This soffit stands out amongst the rest!! This truly is one of the Cleanest installs I have ever seen. When you take a great concept from @clayton_vance_architecture and pass it off to the talented miss @briduncandesign who makes sure that it is balanced and flows……who then turns it over to us and ultimately to @perfect_finish_construction to get the finished product across the finish line!! This house boasts three of our signature materials and they definitely make a statement on this house without being overpowering! You have Old Growth Southern Pine strait out of Louisiana on the soffit, then we our locally harvested 2x8 Lodgepole pine on the siding. And Last but definitely not least we have our accent siding….. we proudly call this “Devil’s Wood”. What we love about the Wyoming Snowfence is that it is a completely natural product made completely by nature serving a vital role along the 1-80 corridor for 7-10 years and then salvaged and reclaimed and given a second life adding beauty and character to it’s final home! This is our STK cedar bevel shiplap siding that we produce. It is paired with our select Douglas fir T&G soffit and with STK 2x Cedar trim and facia. Can’t wait to see this house completely finished in the next month or so! This house feels like it has belonged in Wolf Creek from the beginning, it has a truly timeless feel to it! @mcalpinehouse & @jacksonandleroy the amount of detail that goes into every aspect of this house; and the way they merry wood and stone is truly amazing! This feels like a long time coming….. hand picked old growth Southern Pine straight out of Louisiana, sent to us in 8/4 form. This has been a learning curve on both ends but this product is quickly becoming one of my favorites that we run! Tight grain, stable, mostly clear, solid and pretty dang good looking! We have been building a team that starts in the South with Daryl, Mechie and their crew; when you can get good fiber, it makes our job easy. This is an amazing project to be apart of! Have to give Jackson Leroy and Eagle Rock props for the way they finish our products onsite and to Anne Marie on the color!
